Our story

No12 Easton has been a part of the community for over a decade, changing hands a few times—now, it’s in ours! 

Mark and Venus have always sought out cafés while living in LA, Taiwan, Melbourne, and Hong Kong, drawn to the ones that felt like true neighborhood spots. 

Since taking over No12 at the end of 2023, their goal has been to create the same—a café that reflects the personalities of Easton and BS5, serving specialty coffee, fresh seasonal food, and a laid-back atmosphere.

No fuss, no ego, no dystopian hipster vibes—just a welcoming space where good food, great coffee, and community come together.
